  • I can no longer log in to the SAFE app.


    Please update your CBRE SAFE app to the latest version in the Google Play Store or App Store. 

    Open Google Play or the App Store, search for the CBRE SAFE application and click on "Install" / "Update".


    If you have installed the most recent version, the "Install" / "Update" button will not be visible.

    Should you still have issues logging in, please reset your password entering your username via https://shell.cbresafe.com/users/lost_password.
    You will then receive an email containing your username and a new password. Please change your password as soon as you're logged in, by clicking on Settings in the app menu.
