Expired invitation codes
If the invitation code has expired, learners will no longer be able to create their account using that specific code.
Please find the action for each invitation type below:
- Invite via email: You can send a new invitation to the same email address, which will replace the old invitation code with a new one. The system will recognise the email address and indicate it as a resend.
- Invite via hardcopy: You can generate a new hardcopy invitation and share the invitation code with your learner.
- Invite via sms: You can send a new invitation to the same phone number, which will replace the old invitation code with a new one.
