Reviewing the distributed invitations
The distributed invitations and the registration status of the invited team members can be reviewed via My team > Show learner invitations. The following data is included in this overview:
- Code: the generated invitation code, which is valid for 5 days.
If you send an email or sms to the same recipient, you will extend the validity of the code (if it is still valid while doing so). - Inviter: the leader who has created the invitation
- Invitation type: email, hardcopy or sms
- Recipient: the recipient's email address or phone number
Please note that this field will be empty if a hardcopy invitation was created. - Invitation date (and time)
- Status: used, not used or expired
- Registration date (and time)
- Registered learner: the name of the registered team member
