My team - Reports
You can follow up on your team in several ways:
- Team member status table:
- The "Registered learners" column shows the number of team members who have completed their registration.
- The "Renewed learners" column indicates the number of team members re-enrolled in Safety Passport Training.
- The "Invited learners" column displays the number of invited team members.
- Overview of invited learners:
You can follow up on the registration status of the invited team members via My team > Show learner invitations. The following data is included in this overview:- Code: the generated invitation code, which is valid for 5 days.
If you send an email or sms to the same recipient, you will extend the validity of the code (if it is still valid while doing so). - Inviter: the leader who has created the invitation
- Invitation type: email, hardcopy or sms
- Recipient: the recipient's email address or phone number
Please note that this field will be empty if a hardcopy invitation was created. - Invitation date (and time)
- Status: used, not used or expired
- Registration date (and time)
- Registered learner: the name of the registered team member
- Status overview of registered learners:
You can download the Safety Passport status overview for all registered team members from your dashboard by clicking on Overview registered team members.
Additionally, you will be able to review all courses via the action button Show tests / Download PDF certificates in My team > Show learners.
