  • How do I invite my participants?


    Step 1

    Go to the Login page of the Safety Passport Portal.


    Step 2

    Log in with your registered e-mail address and your chosen password. 
    If you have forgotten your password, click on Lost password / username to request a new one.


    Step 3

    Click on Invite.


    Step 4

    Click on My team.


    Step 5

    You have three choices:

    • Email
      When your team members have an email address, you can easily invite them via email.
    • Hardcopy
      If your team members do not have an email address, you can use the hardcopy invitation.
    • Sms
      If your team members do not have an email address or a computer, you can use the sms invitation.

    Please note that you can no longer send multiple invitations to the same email address or mobile phone number, with the goal of generating more than one invite. There are two scenarios when resending an email or sms invitation:
    • If the invite has already expired, you will replace the old invitation code with a new one.
    • If the invitation is still valid, you will extend the validity of the existing invitation code.
    The only approach for generating multiple invitations at once is by using the hardcopy invite. You will receive the requested number of invitation codes in your mailbox and can share it with your learners.


    Step 6

    Your team members can register themselves by following the instructions in the received e-mail, hardcopy or sms. This invite includes an invitation code, which is valid for 5 days. Learners can use this code to create an account via the the SAFE app or the Safety Passport Portal.

    Once they are registered, they can start the Safety Passport Course and receive their certificate.
